Designed with the export industry in mind, this logger tracks the temperature of products from the packing shed all the way to their final destination, with the capability of being downloaded to check temperature conditions at each stopping point along a shipping route. Temperature data is especially important to know when products are held at the dock waiting to be loaded onto vessels, and upon arrival at ports of entry when they are held for custom inspections. The logger continues recording after each download, and can be placed back in with the products, to track temperature history all the way to the final delivery destination, such as distribution centers or warehouses.

The DeltaTrak Electronic Data Logger is a portable, pocket sized electronic device powered by a 10-year lithium battery. It is designed for easy and reliable tracking of parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, electric current, pressure, process signals, and pulse signals. All data loggers have a built-in temperature sensor plus single or multiple external channels where different sensors can be attached for remote monitoring of a variety of parameters. The DeltaTrak Data Loggers interface with a PC and have an internal memory for up to 32,000 readings. Each data point is automatically time and date stamped as it is recorded. Sampling intervals are set by the operator via a user-friendly Windows program on the PC. Recorded data is downloaded and graphed or exported in ASCII format to a spreadsheet for numerical print outs.

It can be downloaded from the DeltaTrak website, must be purchased and requires a serial number to complete installation. The Set-Up Wizard and Import function become active only when the FlashPDF Program Manager Software interfaces with FlashLink® Reusable data loggers. In the Set-Up Wizard, data tags can be formatted, alarms set, data logging options customized, and summary of configuration settings can be saved in the configuration folder. The Circular Temperature Chart Recorder’s external stainless steel probe allows you to measure the temperature of air, gas, liquids and semi-solids. The temperature chart recorder has a quartz clock movement, motorized chart advance and temperature accuracy of ±2°F (±1°C). The chart recorder comes in °F or °C models and runs on 120V or 220V AC, 50/60 Hz. A rear compartment houses 8 AA alkaline batteries, providing up to 48 hours of continuous recording in the event of a temporary power loss.
