The M9023A is a PXIe System Module and is installed in the system slot of a PXIe chassis. When combined with an appropriate host adapter, it will provide a high data BW connection between the host PC and the chassis. The M9023A has a flexible configuration capability. Each card has two Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable links capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s on each port. These two ports can be combined into a single x16 cable link providing a speed of up to 16 GB/s. The S930907B spectrum analysis (SA) adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis to the N522xB/N524xB PNA family up to 70 GHz. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. Simultaneous spectrum measurements can be done using up to five test and reference receivers. This multi-channel SA can be used with the internal swept-signal generators for efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters. The SA application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy.

The Keysight 85130D test port adapter protects the test set port from being directly connected to the device under test. These adapters have a special rugged female connector that connects to the network analyzer test port. This special connector does not mate with a standard male connector but converts the rugged test set port to a connection that will mate with the device under test. This set contains a 3.5 mm to PSC-3.5 mm male adapter and a 3.5 mm to PSC-3.5 mm female adapter. The frequency range for these adapters is dc to 26.5 GHz with a return loss of 28 dB or better.
