These targets conform to MIL-STD-150A. Frequencies change by the 6th root of 2. This target is also available in custom sizes and contrasts. This test target meets requirements as specified in MIL-STD-150A for resolving power tests. The target consists of a series of Elements having two sets of lines at right angles. Each set of lines consists of three lines separated by spaces equal to the line width. Each bar has a length to width ratio of 5:1. (Line width is equal to one half of line pitch, which is the inverse of line frequency.) Elements are arranged in groups of six each and Groups are arranged in pairs. Even numbered Groups occupy the left side and bottom right corner and contain a square feature having and edge length equal to the line length of Element 2 in that group. Odd numbered Groups occupy the top right corner and side. Groups and Elements are labeled and differentiated by numbering adjacent to their features. Frequencies in cycles/mm (c/mm) increase between each Element by the sixth root of two (approximately 12.25% per step). The general formula for the line frequency of any target Element can be expressed as 2Group+(Element-1)/6.

The BitBox is BitFlow''s new solution for high density I/O applications. Many machine makers require a large number of computer managed I/O signals for continuous control of the system state. This means controlling devices such strobes, solenoids, actuators, indicators etc. as well as gathering inputs from photo-detectors, switches, encoders and triggers. In general, BitFlow frame grabbers come with a fairly large number of inputs and outputs, but for some system this is simply not enough. Most customers end up purchasing another device to manage the I/O, which adds expense, requires another slot, another driver and SDK, another manual, etc. The BitBox has been designed for just this situation. The RA062-F2 is a multiple LO module used to generate three pairs of LO signals, each pair being phase matched in order to provide the capability to drive two phase and amplitude matched, high sensitivity narrowband receivers such as might be required for an EW receiver system with DF functionality.The Stepped Frequency Synthesiser is based upon Direct Frequency Synthesis, DFS, whereby the 1GHz input reference signal is multiplied, filtered and mixed to generate a given number of isolated and filtered single tone CW signals from the 1GHz comb. A finely tuned signal is then generated using a multi-way switch to select between the 1GHz spaced CW tones and mixed with fine resolution signals generated using a custom DDS/VCO PLL network. In this way finely tuned signals can be generated between 7.5GHz and 23GHz.
