The AWA-0134 is an active array for 5G wireless applications developed using planar antenna technology resulting in a very low profile, lightweight unit. The surface mount assembled antenna board is based on Anokiwave’s AWMF-0108 Silicon Quad Core IC and demonstrates the performance achievable using low power silicon integration and efficient antenna layout and design. Using the AWMF-0108, the antenna provides +60dBmi (1000 W) of EIRP. The electronic 2D beam steering is achieved using analog RF beam forming, with independent phase and gain control in both Tx and Rx operating modes. The AWA-0134 antenna leads the way in showing how 5G coverage can be rolled out by network operators using the mmW bands, with low power footprint and high energy efficiency, while meeting key operating specifications for data rate, latency, coverage, and reliability.

The Vector-Finder Series of VHF direction finding antennas provide a compact, lightweight, active antenna, suitable for use in the field with handheld transceivers and scanning radios. The mechanical design allows the sense antennas to be folded back to provide a compact unit, easily stowed or transported in any vehicle. The system interfaces with any FM receiver or transceiver via the antenna jack and the earphone jack. Several different models are available to suit your pocketbook or unique field application, all of which operate on the phase shift technique. The VF-142Q models incorporate left-right indicators as well as an audible response from which the user can determine the true direction of the radio signal. The other types utilize the audible response generated by the equipment and heard on the user’s receiver or transceiver. All models operate from a 9-volt battery.

SAGE Millimeter wave rectangular gain horns, also called pyramidal gain horns, are offered as both standard and custom models with a rectangular waveguide interface. The pyramidal gain horns only support linear polarization. With a calibrated gain chart, these horns can be used to measure the gain of other antennas by comparing the generated signal levels of both. For this reason, these horns are also referred to as standard gain horns. The listed models offer 23 dB nominal gain, 10/11 degrees typical half power beamwidth and 14 dB/30 dB typical side lobe levels at the center frequency of the band. The EM-6115 is a broad band collinear array allowing very wide Omni-Directional frequency coverage in a single package. Below approximately 100 MHz, the EM-6115 acts as an active vertical rod which offers 10 to 12 dB Greater unsaturated instantaneous dynamic range than competitive antennas (overload field strength: 2 V/meter) which greatly reduces intermodulation generated signals in a typical read world RF environment. In the congested spectrum above 100 MHz the antenna is passive and contributes no intermodulation products so the overload point is determined solely by the receiving instrument. This immunity to overload can often make the difference between useful signal output and an indecipherable jumble of spurious products and is accomplished without compromising sensitivity. The antenna collapses for convenient storage and transport.
