Pyrometers
-
The pyrometer is ideal for taking accurate measurements of temperature without contact. Thanks to an optical mechanism, the pyrometer is safe for measuring high temperatures. Its infrared capabilities make the pyrometer the perfect tool to use when a conventional sensor is inadequate. A pyrometer is useful for measuring moving, extremely hot or hard-to-reach objects. Many pyrometer models can be calibrated to meet ISO standards.

CSvideo | CTvideo | CSvision Series Infrared Thermometer
-
The video pyrometer series optris CSvideo/CTvideo and the new innovative ratio pyrometer CSvision allow a parallel use of video and crosshair laser aiming for an optimal measuring field adjustment even in processes with limited access. They reliably measure temperatures of metals or ceramics and, due to their short measuring wavelength, reduces measuring errors of surfaces with low or unknown emissivities. The high quality video sighting can show its full advantage together with the software CompactPlus Connect or the IRmobile App on your cell phone with state-of-the-art zoom and image rotation features. The adjustable focus, motorized on CSvision, allows an optimal adaptation to different application and installation demands. As CSvision can measure objects up to 3000 °C a unique two-step brightness reduction filter (BRF) is giving the user a tremendous advantage when aiming on hot and extremely bright objects.

thermoMETER CTlaser
-
Pyrometers of the thermoMETER CTLaser series are used for precise, industrial measurements. Using two laser beams, the measurement spot is marked which ensures a precise temperature measurement. thermoMETER CTLaser temperature sensors are used in numerous applications. From extremely low temperatures (-50°C) to the highest temperatures (3000°C), these IR pyrometers measure precisely and reliably.

CTratio Series Infrared Thermometer
-
Due to its short measuring wavelength the ratio pyrometer series optris CTratio is especially suited for measurement of high metal temperatures and the very short response time allows for surveillance of very fast processes. The ratio pyrometer is largely resistant against dust, steam and dirty observation windows. This allows for an accurate measurement in cases of window soiling of up to 90 percent. The pyrometer additionally measures reliably in cases where the measuring object only covers 5 percent of the measuring spot or moves very fast.
