Encore offers a complete line of General Purpose Signal Conditioning instrumentation to meet even the most demanding requirements. Packaged as interchangeable two-channel plug-in modules, Encore’s broad product line includes frequency to voltage converters, strain gage amplifiers, accelerometer conditioners, digital voltmeters and DC power supplies. All of our systems feature a common CAL input on the rear of the rack which allows for calibration of the entire rack. Calibration function varies based on the modules installed. For example, the Model 633 applies a shunt calibration resistor across the bridge, while the Model 149 applies a reference charge source to the input. Bemco HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioners are similar to the PTS Portable Temperature Conditioners except they are designed for continuous operation at up to two atmospheres (29.4 psia) of pressure. This higher base operating pressure doubles the gas density per cfm of circulating air or gaseous nitrogen allowing the use of smaller connecting tubes while also increasing thermal capability. .

We manufacture Thermocouple Transmitters, that are either Head Mounted, Din Rail and we even have an OEM version that can fit inside an enclosure smaller than 1" x 1/4". These Temperature Transmitters are PC programmable or DIP Switch programmable. Some are isolated and accept input from various sensors such as RTD's, Thermocouples Voltages, Current, Resistance and Potentiometers. The LCA-RTC Module provide low-cost, dedicated signal conditioning for a single bridge type load cell or torque sensor. Model LCA-RTC comes with removable screw-clamp terminal connectors, which accept wires without soldering.On- board jumper selections include sensitivities from 0.5 mV/V to 10 mV/V, bandwidths from 100 Hz to 30 kHz, and amplified outputs of 0 to ±5V, 0 to ±10V, 0-16 mA, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. Zero and span adjustments are via precision 25-turn low-tempco metal film potentiometers.The units can be operated next to the sensor with 4-wire hookup or at distances up to 1 km (3300 feet) with 6-wire hookup. An onboard 87.325 kΩ resistor allows easy shunt calibration at the push of a button. Provision is also made for a user-furnished calibration resistor. Power requirements are 11.8 to 26V DC with load currents from 10 to 60 mA, the latter applying when the unit provides 10V DC excitation to a 350 ohm load cell and delivers a 20 mA analog output.

Signal IsolatorsDatexel manufacture a large range of Signal Isolators. The DAT511 is a loop powered isolator with 3000 V galvanic isolation between the input and output. It is a 2 wire device so there is no external wiring. The DAT511H is similar but is Hart compatible. The DAT4035 is a universal input signal (Thermocouples, RTD's, mV, Volts, mA, resistance and potentiometers) conditioner with 2000 V isolation between the input and output and it is PC programmable. It is a 2 wire loop powered device. The DAT4135 is similar but it is a 4 wire device so it has the ability to boost the output or provide a voltage output.
