TH1775 is a DC Bias Current Source (or DC Magnetization Current Source) used for inductance measurement of inductors and transformer windings with DC bias current. Except for constant current output, low additional error and wide frequency response range are important for bias current inductance measurement. High frequency LCR meter could be used, when the frequency response range is wide enough. MPU controlled auto current balance technology is adopted to realize AC+DC current overlap and constant current output from 0 to ±20A. Two TH1775 can be paralleled to supply a maximum current up to 40A.TH1775 permits high frequency measurement up to 1 MHz and can be directly controlled by TH2816A, TH2817A, TH2818 and TH2819. Its internal high voltage generator is inductor-free and hence does not spread magnetic interference in sensitive experimental setups. The output noise is impressively low at 3mVrms. For extremely low noise applications where bandwidth is not an issue, a dedicated WMA-01LF version is available that contains an output low pass filter capacitor which reduces the bandwidth to 50Hz, but makes the noise drop to below 0.1mVrms. This bandwidth-limited amplifier is ideal for MEMS or piezo positioning with manual voltage adjustment.

The amount of information processed and time constraints required the creation of a multi-level distributed image processing system based on National Instruments Compact Vision System controllers, industrial computers and workstations. During the control process, the wheel is watered with a magnetic-luminescent emulsion, magnetized and exposed to ultraviolet radiation. As a result, the emulsion deposited on the defects glows in the visible range (yellow-green light). Eleven FireWire (IEEE 1394) color cameras with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 are used to scan the wheel surface. In one iteration, they completely cover a 20-degree sector of the wheel.
