The PMC238 is a 6U form factor card that expands a single PMC site on a VMEbus processor board to two PMC sites and one PCMCIA/CardBus socket or to three PMC sites. Compatible with many VMEbus single board computers, it provides an extension of PCI and PCMCIA capacity within the VMEbus form factor. The PMC238 has the option for the PCMCIA/CardBus cards to be mounted outside the chassis using an 18-inch cable.

The RCNIC platform is a high performance, 3U CompactPCI module (PMC on carrier card) for the AFDX/ARINC 664 protocol. With two independent ports for traffic monitoring, traffic generation, external triggering and analysis, the RCNIC provides high-resolution time-tagging of incoming packets simultaneously with highly accurate traffic generation. An IRIG-B receiver/generator is included for synchronization to an external IRIG-B time source and for synchronization between multiple RCNIC boards.

This RS485 I/O module provides 33 channels of EIA-485 or EIA-422B serial I/O. Each channel is configured as an input or output. The serial protocol and timing are handled by the host FPGA.

IXI Technology’s highly-accurate card provides time down to 62.5ns resolution in UNIX format. Its time-sourced, disciplined, voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) or optional CSAC not only allows it to provide sub-second resolution, but also to “flywheel” during the absence or loss of carrier. The module has a status LED that indicates when the internal time is synchronized with the input time code. The card provides a programmable offset on its internal time from the input time source. The generated IRIG-B or 1588 output can be configured to be synchronous to the chosen input time source or configured to use the best available time source.

The VME850P0 analyzer is an optional plug on module for the VME850 analyzer that adds analyzer and exerciser functions to the VME850 analyzer for the P0 connector. This module allows the user to monitor and stimulate the A, B, C, D and E rows of the 95 pin P0 connector. Although the VME850P0 analyzer is in a PMC form factor it is not compatible with the PMC protocols and signaling. The signaling levels on the P0 connector must be less then 5V in order to prevent damage of the analyzer.
