CX4000 – FTIR Gas Analyzer

Gasmet CX4000 is an industrial multi-component FTIR gas analyzer for continuous emission monitoring applications, integrated into a Continuous Emissions Monitoring system (CEMS II e). It can be used to measure up to 50 components simultaneously, and additional gases can be easily added without any hardware changes. The corrosion-resistant sample cell is heated up to 180 °C, which makes CX4000 an ideal tool for analyzing trace concentrations of pollutants in wet, corrosive gas mixtures.

The T500U CAPS NO2 Analyzer represents the next generation of criteria pollutant monitoring technology for the direct measurement of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) in air. The instrument utilizes a patented Cavity Attenuated Phase Shift (CAPS) technique to provide an extremely sensitive, fast and accurate NO2 measurement in a cost effective and low maintenance instrument package.The T500U provides a direct NO2 measurement, eliminating the need for catalytic conversion or reagents which introduce measurement artifacts inherent in traditional heated metal converter based chemiluminescense instruments. The CAPS measurement approach also reduces maintenance items, and removes the need for hazardous materials and high temperature scrubbers within the instrument. The T500U has an expected maintenance interval of one year under typical ambient monitoring conditions.

A choice of 21 PC board traces with different lengths can be inserted into the signal path. The trace lengths range from 0.8 inch (20.3 mm) to 22.3 inch (566.4 mm). By cascading the traces within one board or with another board, a wide range of channels can be emulated with very fine resolution of insertion loss steps. With their small size the ISI channel boards can be located closely to the device under test.
