All channels provide for voltage division ahead of transient suppression before going into the S&H ICs. Channels that are sampled and held use a common sample and hold pulse that samples while high and holds while low. Jumpers on each S&H chip allow buffering of analog signals where sample and holds are not required. An advantage to the buffers is that it provides a high input impedance for high impedance voltage dividers.

The MU Locomotive Trainline/Cable Test System (MU Test System) can perform shorts testing, continuity testing, and ground-leakage testing on each of the 27 pin Multi-Unit Trainlines normally found on Freight Locomotives. The MU Test System is comprised of two identical tester units. Each unit is installed in a rugged, water resistant Pelican case. Each unit contains an MU cable receptacle that mates with a 27 pin MU jumper cable. A snap-on vinyl pouch on the outside cover of each unit provides storage for the battery charger/power adapter and the chassis test lead. The enclosure cover hinges separate from the test unit as the cover is opened; this removes the cover completely to allow free access to the MU cable receptacle and the control panel.

The LCA-RTC Module provide low-cost, dedicated signal conditioning for a single bridge type load cell or torque sensor. Model LCA-RTC comes with removable screw-clamp terminal connectors, which accept wires without soldering.On- board jumper selections include sensitivities from 0.5 mV/V to 10 mV/V, bandwidths from 100 Hz to 30 kHz, and amplified outputs of 0 to ±5V, 0 to ±10V, 0-16 mA, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. Zero and span adjustments are via precision 25-turn low-tempco metal film potentiometers.The units can be operated next to the sensor with 4-wire hookup or at distances up to 1 km (3300 feet) with 6-wire hookup. An onboard 87.325 kΩ resistor allows easy shunt calibration at the push of a button. Provision is also made for a user-furnished calibration resistor. Power requirements are 11.8 to 26V DC with load currents from 10 to 60 mA, the latter applying when the unit provides 10V DC excitation to a 350 ohm load cell and delivers a 20 mA analog output.

The PicoBuck LED Driver is an economical and easy to use driver that will allow you to control and blend three different LEDs on three different channels. By default, each channel is driven at 330mA; that current can be reduced by either presenting an analog voltage or a PWM signal to the board. Version 12 of the board adds a solderable jumper that can be closed to increase the maximum current to 660mA. The new voltage regulator also increased the voltage rating on the various components on the board, allowing it to be used up to the full 36V rating of the AL8860 part.

The sensor measures temperature data up to ±0.2°C; accuracy over a wide range (-40°C; to +125°C;) and consumes an average of 6µA in normal operation (0.1µA in standby). The AS6212 communicates via I2C and has eight available I2C addresses selected by a pair of solder jumpers on the board. The breakout routes the I2C interface to a pair of Qwiic connectors to work with our plug-and-play Qwiic Ecosystem but also routes the bus and other pins to a standard 0.1"-spaced PTH header for users who prefer a soldered connection.
