The system records the amount of material shipped from each hopper, and the total weight of the material in the trolley is also displayed. All information is stored in the controller memory for a specified time. After the necessary time intervals, the operator can rewrite the information on the USB drive for further processing.

User generated events are displayed by LED (seven segment display scheme). Event button is used to increment the events and reset button is used to reset the count value. Events are displayed on seven segment display mechanism for visual analysis.
