Pressure Test Pump is a hand operated pressure pump designed to generate pressure from 95% vacuum to 1,500psi (100bar). A high-quality screw press is designed for fine pressure adjustment, with an adjustment resolution up to 10 Pa (0.1 mbar). A specially designed shut-off valve makes the pressure as stable as possible during calibration. A built-in gas-liquid isolator protects the pump from moisture and dirt to reduce the need for maintenance. Aflatoxin, a toxin from a naturally occurring mold, is a Group 1 carcinogen proven to cause cancer in humans. The United States federal government action level for aflatoxin in food for human consumption or in dairy cowfeed is 20 ppb. For milk for human consumption the level is 0.5 ppb. Levels up to 300 ppb are allowed in certain circumstances for nondairy animal feed. The European Union’s aflatoxin regulations for groundnuts, tree nuts, dried fruit, spices, and cereals include limits as low as 4 ppb total aflatoxins and 2 ppb for aflatoxin B1. Some EU member states have also separately established their own maximum limits on aflatoxins.

Circuit Check began Strain Gauge Testing in 1999 when BGA/SMT technology started replacing PTH components, reducing strain levels was a reactive post fixture fabrication process. We quickly recognized that the “reactionary” process was neither efficient nor were we capable on knowing the lowest achievable strain levels. Our engineering team came up with visual tools utilized during design to easily identify areas of excessive probe force, though still not enough data was generated to identify the lowest possible strain. Finite Element Analysis software models the PCBA and test fixture and applies the pressures from test probes and board supports and indicates the micro strain level applied to the PCBA. Using the FEA software during our design process allows our engineers to modify fixture designs to attain the lowest possible micro strain before fabrication begins.

Fumonisins are mycotoxins produced by the fungus Fusarium moniliforme. F. moniliforme is a frequent, almost universal, inhabitant of corn. Fumonisin B1, B2 and B3 are present in most corn samples tested, often totaling greater than 1 ppm. Fumonisin is thought to cause equine leukoencephalomalacia in horses, swine pulmonary edema, and human esophageal cancer. The FDA/USDA Working Group on Fumonisin advises less than 4 ppm for products for human consumption, less than 5 mg/kg in horse feed, less than 10 mg/kg for swine feed, and less than 50 mg/kg for cattle feed.
