Separate forced-air cooling is provided for the power supply and PXI slots. Fan noise is minimized by varying fan speed according to system temperature. Standard features include temperature and PSU monitoring with full software support. The expanded slot capability of the unit provides system integrators with a single-box solution, thus avoiding synchronization, integration and cost issues associated with multi-platform solutions.
