From gathering simple time history data to narrowband (FFT) spectra, fractional octaves, wavelets, shock response spectra and much more, m+p Analyzer real time analyzers can be used with a wide range of instrumentation hardware including our own m+p VibPilot, m+p VibRunner and m+p VibMobile systems, National Instruments (CompactDAQ USB, PCI, PXI) and VTI Instruments (PCI). Low cost portable instruments to systems for distributed measurements can be configured for maximum flexibility. Measurement data from all sources are stored in a common format so it is easy to compare and handle results from any measurement source.

Multi-Axis Vibration Control

m+p VibControl provides coupled and uncoupled multi-axis vibration testing (MIMO) in a closed control loop. Test modes include random, sine, shock and time domain replication (road load simulation). Multi-axis motions are characteristic of field environments. The more a vibration test can replicate the field environment, the more realistically it can induce a vibration stress loading equivalent to that experienced by the product in the field.

The MM39 is an auto-ranging multimeter with a large rotary switch for easy selection of the required test, even when wearing gloves. There are two test buttons, one to lock the range and the other to hold the results which are displayed on a 3½ digit LCD screen.
The main test functions are AC voltage and DC voltage and current and resistance. The MM39 measures both AC and DC voltage between 0.1mV to 600V and AC and DC current between 10mA to 10A. There is a diode test and an audible continuity test which sounds at less than 25Ω.

The EPL101 PLC is a circuit board OEM PLC. The EPL101 has 4 analog inputs, 7 digital inputs and 2 inputs for Encoders. It has 6 relay outputs, 5 that are rated for 5 Amps and 1 relay rated for 16 Amps. It also has an analog output 0-5 Volts. The outputs can be simple on off or P, PI,PID or PD control. The EPL101 accepts inputs from K, S, T, R, J or E type thermocouples, Pt100, Ni100 RTD'S. NTC10K thermistor inputs. The EPL101 also accepts inputs from sensors with 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-20mV or 0-1V signal. It also has 6 digital PNP inputs up to 1 Hz and 2 NPN inputs up to 2 K Hz.
