This means that devices can be supplied with both mains voltage and DC voltage. With the soft-on-off function, the PDU can be controlled remotely via remote buttons and other potential-free contacts. We carry single-phase devices for the 16 A connection to three-phase devices for the 3x63 A or for the 125 A connection.

Especially when a new test sytems starts to run it is extremely important that the personnel can operate appropriately from the beginning.Our workshops are designed as classroom trainings so everybody can concentrate completely on the workshop contents without being bothered by day-to-day business or other troubles.An alternative is the training in-house so we can look after individual and concrete problems directly on-site at the running test system.No matter if we teach in our rooms or in-house we emphasize to teach concrete practical content. The participants will spend at least 50% of their time with pracitcal questions or problems. Small groups ensure the individual care of each. We offer trainings in english or german language.

Multi Channel Optical Fibre Verification

The multi-channel optical fibre test system is used in the development and qualification of single mode optical fibres. The fibres are exposed to environmental influences in a climatic chamber in order to analyse the data on insertion loss and reflection. In addition, the current temperature in the climatic chamber is documented. Insertion loss measurement is performed with the help of an optical power meter, laser sources and optical switches. An Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) from Exfo is used for the reflection measurements. The system was designed for the simultaneous characterization of 15 sample fibres and one reference fibre.
