LV Iron Core Harmonic Filters
-
Nonlinear loads such as power electronics based equipment and electric furnaces are sources of harmonic currents leading to harmonic distortion, which is one of the most important parameters for defining the power quality. Most of the commercial loads such as personal computers, photocopy machines, power supplies, and compact fluorescent lamps; and industrial loads such as AC and DC motor drives inject harmonic currents into the network that they are connected to.

dv/dt Filters
-
dV/dT Output Filter Modules effectively protect motors against these high voltage spikes due to the use of motor cables between IGBT based motor drives and motors.

Air Core Test Lab Reactors
-
Test Laboratory Reactors are designed for high voltage and high power test laboratories. They are designed to withstand the most extreme electrical service conditions during test periods. Design techniques are implemented in accordance with the most demanding service conditions. These reactors are used for various purposes in test laboratories such as current limiting and synthetic testing of circuit breakers, capacitor testing, artificial line simulation etc.

Dynamic Braking Resistors
-
Speed of three phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motors and three phase synchronous motors are generally controlled by motor drives where frequency of the drive output determines the motor speed, and it can be adjusted without dependence on the voltage magnitude.

Air Core Electric Arc Furnace Reactors
-
Arc Furnace Reactors are serially connected reactors that are installed in the supply systems of arc furnace transformers to stabilize arc and limit the unstable arc furnace current and voltage drop which optimize their melting process. These buffer reactors are connected in series to the primary side of the furnace transformer. Typically these reactors are tapped coils and manufactured as per customer'stap requirements.

LV Iron Core Shunt Reactors
-
Iron core Shunt Reactors act as an absorber of reactive power to increase energy efficiency of the power system. Shunt Reactors are used in order to compensate capacitive reactive power generated by long and lightly loaded transmission lines as well as underground cables, thus allowing the flow of more active power through the system and avoiding over voltages. Shunt Reactors can be directly connected to the power line or to a tertiary winding of a three-winding power or distribution transformer.

Combined Load Banks
C-Series
-
C-series combined load banks are devices which contain resistive and reactive loads, apply the load to an electrical power source and dissipate the power of the electrical power.

Primary Current Injection Testers
-
Primary Current Injection Tester is designed for testing protective relay and circuit breakers and also testing the turns ratio of current transformers at high variable currents. A test current is injected into the primary side of a system to determine how the system behaves at particular levels of current. This test makes it possible to determine whether the relay will trip and how long the current needs to flow before the trip is initiated.

Air Core Current Limiting Reactors
-
Current Limiting Reactor (CLR) is one of the most effective short circuit current limiting devices. It reduces stresses on busses, insulators, circuit breakers and other high voltage devices. Use of CLR is the most practical and economical approach at current limiting.

Current Limiting Resistors
-
Current Limiting Resistors are designed for limiting the flow of current to some predetermined value and are used mainly to to keep flowing current within certain intervals while controlling the circuit.

Air Core Motor Starting Reactors
-
Motor starting reactors are used to reduce voltage during starting of large 3 phase motors while limiting inrush currents.

Crowbar Resistors
-
Crowbar resistors are three phase resistance banks which are connected to the rotor windings of the DFIG (Doubly-Feed Induction Generator) such as wind power generator. They are used to prevent damage to the inverter circuits attached to rotor side when a fault occurs in the grid. DFIG power converter, which has a restricted over-current limit, needs special attention during faults in the grid. If the rotor current or DC link voltage reaches the threshold value, crowbar resistors disconnect the converter in order to prevent the generator turning into a squirrel cage induction machine. By crowbar resistors, the DFIG could stay connected to the grid and continue its operation.

LV Iron Core Smoothing Reactors
-
Smoothing Reactors are serially connected reactors inserted in DC systems to reduce harmonic currents and transient over currents and/or current ripples in DC systems. They are necessary in order to smooth the direct current wave shape to reduce losses and improve system performance.

High Current Transformers
-
High Current Transformer is designed to elevate and check the temperature of the conductors at high current levels, in order to simulate the current loading conditions found in electrical circuits. High Current Transformer is designed as an open type transformer that uses the test object as its secondary coil or has 1 or 2-turn self secondary winding. The conductors cores' temperature depends on the short-circuit high current caused by the test object. According to the current going through the test object, the test temperature of the conductor will change. The loop temperature is measured by a thermocouple probe which is directly connected to conductor.
